Shipping and Returns

Knitting Timeframes

Fruitchouli pieces are knitted to order, meaning your pieces will be shipped as soon as they have been knitted in our Australian knitwear studio. 

On each product page above the add to cart button it states the timeframe required for the piece to be knitted. We ask that you agree to the knitting timeframe for your piece(s) before proceeding to checkout. For the majority of our pieces this is 5–10 business days, and this starts the following business day after a purchase has been made.

If multiple items are ordered, your order will be shipped once the piece with the longest knitting timeframe is complete.

You will then receive a shipping notification with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

 

Australian Orders

We offer complimentary express shipping on all Australian orders over $300 AUD. 

For Australian orders under $300 AUD, a $20 AUD express shipping fee applies.

Once knitted to order, your order is delivered via Express Australia Post in 1–4 business days, depending on your address.

Prices include GST for Australian orders.

 

New Zealand Orders

We offer complimentary express shipping on all New Zealand orders over $350 NZD. 

For New Zealand orders under $350 NZD, a $30 NZD express shipping fee applies.

Once knitted to order, your order is delivered via UPS Express Post in 4–7 business days, depending on your address.

Shipping prices do not include local import duties or taxes, which may apply to shipments to New Zealand.

 

International Orders - Outside of Australia and New Zealand

Complimentary express shipping is available on orders over the thresholds listed on our International Shipping Rates page.

Once knitted to order, your order is delivered via UPS Express Post in 4–10 business days, depending on your address.

Shipping prices do not include local import duties or taxes, which may apply to shipments outside Australia. These charges are set by local authorities and are not the responsibility of the brand; they must be covered by the recipient.

If a parcel is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes, the customer is responsible for all associated costs, including postal charges, return shipping, and handling fees.

 

Shipping Conditions 

Kindly ensure that the details you provide at the checkout are accurate, as we cannot be held liable for incorrect deliveries due to input errors.

If you notice the details you have input are incorrect, please reach out to us as soon as possible at info@fruitchouli.com, and we will try our best to update your details.

An automated email notification will be sent to you, providing a tracking number so you can monitor the journey of your Fruitchouli order. 

We work with trusted shipping providers and rely on their delivery confirmation systems. Once an order shows as delivered, we are unable to offer reimbursement or replacement. 

 

Fruitchouli Packaging

Your order arrives in reusable Fruitchouli packaging made from certified organic cotton, intended for knitwear storage or daily use.

The shipping boxes, packing tape and shipping labels used are curbside recyclable and 100% at-home compostable.

Carbon Offset Shipping

Fruitchouli ensures all shipping is carbon offset through Australia Post (Australian deliveries) and UPS (international deliveries).

 

Cancellations

Due to our minimal waste ethos and the knit-to-order nature of Fruitchouli, we can only accommodate changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order.

After this time, production begins and your order is considered final.

Returns and Exchanges

All Fruitchouli pieces are knitted to order. This means they are created just for you, and for that reason we are unable to accept returns. We want you to feel completely confident in your choice, so please reach out before ordering and we will be glad to guide you through sizing and fit, or discuss our bespoke options.

In certain situations we may be able to offer an exchange, but we ask that you choose carefully. Because each garment is made on request, ordering several sizes to try on and return is not possible. This ensures we prevent overproduction and minimise excess waste.

Thank you for embracing the care and consideration that comes with made-to-order knitwear.

Fruitchouli does not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect orders. 

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the cost of return and re-shipment.

 

Faults and Damages

In the unlikely event that your piece arrives with a manufacturing fault or damage, please contact info@fruitchouli.com within 14 days of delivery.

Include a description and photo of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund. A prepaid postage label will be provided for your return. Where possible, we kindly ask that you reuse the original packaging.
