Shipping and Returns
Knitting Timeframes
Fruitchouli pieces are knitted to order. Your order will be shipped once it is completed in our Australian studio.
The knitting timeframe for each piece is stated on each product page above the add to cart button. For most pieces, this is 5 to 10 business days commencing on the first business day after your order is placed.
If multiple items are ordered, your order will be shipped once the piece with the longest knitting timeframe has been completed.
Australian Orders
We offer complimentary express shipping on all Australian orders over $300 AUD.
For Australian orders under $300 AUD, a $20 AUD express shipping fee applies.
Once knitted, your order is delivered via Express Australia Post in 1–4 business days, depending on your address.
Prices include GST for Australian orders.
International Orders
Complimentary express shipping is available on orders over the thresholds listed on our International Shipping Rates page.
Once knitted, your order is delivered via UPS Express in 4–10 business days, depending on your address.
Prices do not include local import duties or taxes, which may apply depending on your location and order value. These charges are set by local authorities and are not the responsibility of the brand. They are payable by the recipient.
If a parcel is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes, the customer is responsible for all associated costs, including return shipping and handling fees.
Delays due to customs are not the responsibility of Fruitchouli.

Shipping Conditions
Ensure that all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate, as we cannot be held liable for delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information.
If you notice an error in your details, please contact info@fruitchouli.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist prior to dispatch.
You will receive a shipping notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
All orders require a signature on delivery.
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are unable to offer a replacement or reimbursement.
Fruitchouli Packaging
Your knitwear arrives in a reusable storage sleeve made from organic cotton, designed for long-term knitwear storage. Each sleeve is made in our Australian studio and is fully biodegradable, including the button.
All shipping packaging is curbside recyclable and home compostable.

Carbon Offset Shipping
All shipments are carbon offset through Australia Post and UPS.
Cancellations
As Fruitchouli knitwear is made to order, we can only accommodate changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. After this time, production begins and your order is considered final.
Please contact us at info@fruitchouli.com as soon as possible if you have changed your mind.
Returns and Exchanges
As each piece is made to order, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind or incorrect purchases. Bespoke knitwear pieces are final sale and are not eligible for exchange or refund.
We are happy to assist with sizing, fit and bespoke options prior to you placing your order.
We offer exchanges for an alternative size in the same style, within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability. Orders placed for the purpose of trying multiple sizes are not eligible for return.
Once an exchange is confirmed, the knitwear must be returned unworn, in its reusable storage sleeve with all tags attached. Returned items are inspected upon receipt. If they are not in their original condition, the exchange will not be accepted.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return and re-shipment costs are the responsibility of the customer. The item remains your responsibility until it is received by us.
Faults and Damages
In the unlikely event that your piece arrives with a fault or damage, please contact info@fruitchouli.com within 14 days of delivery.
Please include a description and photo of the issue. Once assessed, we will arrange a replacement, repair or refund as appropriate. A prepaid return label will be provided where a return is required. We ask that items are returned unworn, with tags attached and in the original packaging.
