Founding Member Terms
These terms outline the details of our Founding Member offer.
Eligibility
The offer is available to customers who subscribed to our newsletter prior to launch, using the same email address at checkout.
One use per customer.
The offer applies to your first order only.
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount or offer.
Founding Member Privilege
Your founding member privilege will be applied at checkout when using your registered email address and the promotion code provided in the email sent on 19 March 2026.
This privilege is available until 11:59pm AEST on 19 September 2026.
Studio Gift
A studio gift will be included with your first order.
Gifts may vary depending on availability and studio production.
Gifts cannot be exchanged or redeemed for credit.
If you return your order for a refund, the studio gift you received must also be returned. No monetary refund will be provided for the gift.
Refund
If you return or refund your order, you will not receive a refund or credit note for the amount offered as part of your founding member privilege. You will only be refunded the amount you paid at checkout, excluding shipping.
The studio gift must also be returned.
If you refund your order, the founding member offer will not be able to be used again.
Timing
Orders must be placed before 11:59pm AEST on 19 September 2026 to receive the founding member privilege and studio gift.
Identification
Customers must use the same email address used when signing up to our newsletter.
Founding members may be verified internally.
General
The offer is not transferable.
Fruitchouli reserves the right to make adjustments to the offer where required by production, availability or studio capacity.
