Shipping policy
Prices include GST for Australian orders.
For international orders, duties and taxes are paid at checkout where indicated. For destinations where duties and taxes are paid at checkout, the order total is inclusive of all applicable duties and taxes. No additional duties or taxes will be payable upon delivery.
For all other destinations, applicable duties, taxes or fees are payable by the recipient upon delivery and are not included at checkout.
If a parcel is refused due to unpaid duties, taxes or fees, the customer is responsible for all associated costs, including return shipping and handling fees. Fruitchouli is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Knitting Timeframes
Fruitchouli pieces are knitted to order. Your order will be shipped once it is completed in our Australian studio.
The knitting timeframe for each piece is stated on each product page above the add to cart button. For most pieces, this is 5 business days commencing on the first business day after your order is placed.
If multiple items are ordered, your order will be shipped once the piece with the longest knitting timeframe has been completed.
Shipping Conditions
Ensure that all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate, as we cannot be held liable for delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information.
If you notice an error in your details, please contact info@fruitchouli.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist prior to dispatch.
You will receive a shipping notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
All orders require a signature on delivery.
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are unable to offer a replacement or reimbursement.
